What are good choices for Dashcams? 24/7 if possible.

Looking at dash cams for the road and the utterly asinine drivers down here looking for 'legal cra$he$' due to all the law firms.
Also looking at watching what's going on around my car and garage since school is out now and a group of skateboarders has decided that our detached garage area is where they will skateboard.
